Dutibook is a South African website and mobile app, 100% Black woman-owned, providing a technology platform that enables users to book service providers employed by Dutibook or third-party independent professionals. These service providers offer various home and professional services, which can be scheduled through our platform. Dutibook provides the information and method to access such third-party services but is not responsible or liable for any services provided by these third parties.
1. USER ELIGIBILITY
A user is any individual or business entity legally operating in South Africa with the right to use Dutibook services. Dutibook’s services include hiring professionals for home-based solutions such as appliance repair, electronics, cleaning services, parlor-at-home services, consultation, legal services, handyman services, etc., via the mobile app.
Users must:

2. USER AGREEMENT

3. AMENDMENTS
Dutibook may change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuous use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms. Users are encouraged to review terms regularly.
4. ACCOUNT INFORMATION & SECURITY
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and current. Inaccurate information may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
You consent to receive updates via phone or SMS, with the option to opt-out. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for notifying Dutibook immediately of unauthorized use.
