How do I cancel an order?
We generally discourage order cancellations as they may affect the service provider. However, if you have a valid reason, you can cancel your order. The refunded amount will be credited to your Dutibook wallet.
How do I reschedule an order?
You can reschedule the date and time of your order.
Please note that orders cannot be rescheduled at the last minute.
Always communicate with your service provider, as rescheduling might affect their other scheduled jobs.
How do I add an order?
Simply go to the Services tab in the Dutibook app and follow the on-screen instructions to place a new order.
Can I speak with the service provider assigned to my order?
Yes, once your service provider has accepted the job, you can chat directly with them via the in-app chat box.
You will also have access to their contact number in case you need to call them directly.
How many orders can I create?
You can create as many service orders as you need through the Dutibook app.
Estimates and Pricing
Most jobs have estimated prices and a call-out fee.
After the service provider inspects the job, a new quote may be generated.
Once you agree to the updated quote, you can accept the new card with the amended pricing.

Can I log in on two devices at the same time?
